![]() ![]() ![]() After 5 days, one week, 10 days, two weeks, 18 days, 3 weeks.no refund, despite multiple contacts to the sales rep who ultimately stopped responding to my emails and calls to customer service (Maria Whitehorse) who assured that the refund request would be moved to the front of the queue. As it turned out, they over charged us $1000, then we had to cancel one of the trips we booked and did so within the two week window. Booking for a future cruise had the benefit of a two week window during which one could cancel the trip without penalty. The cruise itself was outstanding - good food, interesting ports, wonderful, attentive staff. ![]() We booked a future trip while on a New Orleans Round Trip Cruise Dec 2014 - Jan 2015. While the cruise itself was very nice, dealing with this company to retrieve over charges is a nightmare, so think twice before putting down a deposit. ![]()
